Last night was a great show with one bitter detail at the end.

My good friend from college, who currently lives in Portland, Oregon, and her friend came into town yesterday. They have a band called School of Funks. We had a show last night with the Jerry Riddle and School of Funks. Over all it was an awesome night with great music. You've gotta love the banjo and musical saw and a great voice.

There was one thing that bittered the evening. After everyone left, I realized that there were three small works of art missing from the bathroom. After searching everywhere I have come to the only other possible conclusion: they were stolen. I am outraged. Who would do such a thing? If you must steal, couldn't it be from a huge corporation like Walmart, rather than a small business art gallery? And to steal an artists' original piece of art?? This certainly is not a victimless crime, and the victims feel it heavily.

If by any chance the person who stole the pieces reads this - please return the art. Wrap them safely and leave them in the mail box. Oh, and don't come back.

This may sound corny, but if anyone has any information on the missing pieces of art, please email me, or comment anonymously. Back to the good, here are some pictures of School of Funks:

You should post pics of the missing art if you have em, just in case anyone happens to see them around town...

Man, thats totally heinous! Who's work was stolen? Gimme details... I'll keep my eyes and ears open. Keep yer chin up...there are still good people that are truthful, honest, and genuine. Sorry for your loss.

That's terrible. Do these people think they'll hang that art in their house and their friends won't know they stole it? Do they plan to sell it on Ebay? I hope they return the pieces. And if they don't I hope they're prepared for some bad karma.
